FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: grinding device consists of a body with output nozzles of okara and milk, a loading capacity passing into a grinding chamber. The grinding chamber has an abrasive tapered neck intended for preliminary grinding and abrasion of material and consisting of an upper and a lower tapered portions with spiral grooves over the entire surface of the cone. The spiral grooves are made to form a directed turbulent flow to move and abrade the feed material by the abrasive of the neck. Pests with incisions applied on them are installed inside the neck at the power shaft, performed in a spiral of Archimedes with the possibility of creating additional vortex fluid flow to increase speed and surface of fine particle interaction with water.
EFFECT: improved quality of grinding, improved extraction of soy protein in the emulsion and reduced energy intensity of the working process.
