FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. Device for the thermal recycling of hydrocarbon-containing waste is equipped with a vortex combustion chamber with an internal pyrolysis reactor and contains a waste hopper connected to a vortex furnace by means of a rotating waste feeding auger driven directly by a reducer, wherein the vortex combustion chamber is made of a left base, a right base and a shell. Waste feeding auger is placed hermetically and coaxially inside the hollow shaft of the pyrolysis reactor drive, through which waste from the hopper is fed into the pyrolysis reactor, wherein the pyrolysis reactor is made in the form of three elements, rigidly and coaxially connected to each other, namely a hollow shaft of the roll drive, cylinders of small and larger diameters mounted coaxially, wherein the hollow shaft of the roll drive is mounted on two bearing supports, torque to which is transmitted from the rotation chain drive gear of the hollow shaft, equipped with two stuffing box seals from atmosphere, one of which is installed in the front part of the shell of the vortex furnace, and the second one – at the left end of the hollow shaft of the pyrolysis reactor drive, wherein the right base of the cylinder of small diameter is rigidly connected to the left base of the cylinder of larger diameter, the shell of the cylinder of larger diameter is perforated, and the right base is muffled, the shell of smaller diameter near the left base is equipped with tangentially directed nozzles for the output of pyrolysis gases, and the right base communicates with the left base of the larger cylinder to form a single cavity of the pyrolysis reactor, wherein in the cylindrical part of the cavity of the cylinder of larger diameter of the pyrolysis reactor there are grinding bodies-heat carriers made of ceramic or metallic heat-resistant material, wherein in the middle lower part of the vortex furnace, a pipe branch for the nozzle of the primary heating device is tangentially placed, in its middle upper part there are tangentially oriented nozzles for supplying preheated secondary air, wherein in the right lower outer part of the shell of the vortex furnace there is a pipe branch for feeding atmospheric air with the possibility of feeding the latter into the cavity located between the outer shell of the vortex furnace and the inner shell of the vortex combustion chamber, wherein said cavity serves as an air heater, wherein the preheated primary air in said cavity is also fed into the inner cavity of the vortex combustion chamber by means of tangentially directed nozzles arranged on the left inner end of the vortex furnace to create a vortex flame, pipe branch for ash discharge into the filtering device is located in the right upper part of the shell of the vortex combustion chamber, wherein the shell of the vortex combustion chamber is connected to the conical part of the right end of the combustion chamber, which is equipped in the middle part with a ring by the ash limiter and then passes into the cylindrical branch pipe for flue gas discharge.
EFFECT: invention provides the reduced release of toxic substances.
