FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the methods of treatment and land disposal of solid domestic waste namely to the waste and initiating layer collocation, particularly to the layer by layer collocation in the specially rebuilt water-proof barrier of the solid domestic waste and initiating layer used as biological additive in the amount 5-7% wt per total waste mass. The said initiating layer consists of feeding-stuffs waste (feed-stuff powder), N:P:K - complex of mineral fertilisers, vitamins, worked out high-basic anionite, bioprotector (glutamate) and native microflora with microorganism density 1*10¹⁰-6*10¹² cells/ml: Bacterium aerogenes, Bacterium alifatiphaticum, Bacterium denitrificans, Mucogone nigra, Escherichia coli, Mortierella simplex, Penicillium cammenberti, Methanobacterium mobilis, Methanobacterium formicicum, Methanobacterium soehngenii, Chromobacterium stolonatum, Bacterium mbellus, Nitrosomonas Europa, Aspergillus sp., Nitrococcus nitrosum.

EFFECT: intensification of the biogas generation process due to alternation of solid domestic waste layers with initiating layers, saving of useful capacity of land disposal depth, utilisation of feeding-stuffs waste and worked out high-basic anionite, improvement of environment safety.
