FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reclamation of soils. Method comprises placing solid household wastes in landfill bowl, disposal of drainage waters to evaporation pool, forcing wastes and air into injection wells arranged in refuse tip, and forming aerobic, transitional and anaerobic zones. Oil-bearing wastes with moisture content of 80-95% are injected into wells in frost-free season at air temperature above 5°C in amount required to allow optimum concentration of oil products in the mix with solid household wastes of 1-2 wt %. Then, air injected. Note here that aeration of refuse tip saturated with oil-bearing wastes is carried out via aforesaid oil-bearing wastes injection wells. Set of placed wastes is defined by the following formula: H w s = h e τ T , HWS is height of wastes set in meters, h is initial height of placed wastes in meters, τ is current time of wastes layers set in days, T is time constant in days. Time of maximum set of placed wastes is defined by the following formula: t=3·T where t is time wherein setting process enter the range of 5% of steady-state set of layers, i.e. t is the time of set termination. Proposed device comprises landfill bowl isolated from surrounding soil by geomembrane including refuse tip, grid of injection wells with perforation, drainage system, evaporation pool, pump station to feed wastes in horizontal parallel collectors that combine injection wells, and compressor. Pump station and compressor are composed of mobile boiler equipped with compressor. Depth of injection well makes 2-6 m to allow injecting oil-bearing wastes into aerobic and transitional ranges of landfill tip.
