FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: device for processing of worn tyres contains pyrolysis furnace with expanding flared section, installed angularly to horizontal plane and big basis of flared section directed to inlet of furnace. Device contains also hydraulic locks and facilities for feeding of tyres into pyrolysis furnace and withdrawal of metallic wastes from furnace in the form of handler. Additionally pyrolysis furnace is implemented in the form of two parallel located boxes, located in chamber, containing heat-insulating layer and steel sheath, with formation of warming hollows between each other and heat insulation. Boxes are outfitted by feed system of gaseous fuel in content of facilities of cleaning and discharge of pyrolised gas, mixer, tank for natural gas and burners, installed in warming hollows. Energy from external source is used only at launching of unit into operation.
EFFECT: reduction of power inputs for processing of worn tyres.
