FIELD: physics, tests.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to testing equipment and may be used for mechanical action tests of reservoirs. Method consists in the following. Previously low own frequencies of bellows and reservoir body are detected. Afterwards vibration loading of investigated tank is carried out into several stages with variation of action levels from minimum ones, provided by testing equipment, up to operational actions by method of swept frequency and wideband accidental vibration. Besides points of acceleration registration are located both in plane of bellows fixation to body and in points of crossing of three mutually perpendicular planes passing through centre of bellows mass with liquid to tank body. Then in investigated frequency range maximum non-resonant frequency is detected, and shock loading of tank is carried out by pulse with duration equivalent to this frequency, with amplitude equal to operational levels. Further analysis of amplitude-frequency characteristics, spectral density of vibrational accelerations and shock spectrum of accelerations are used to make conclusion on values of tank own frequencies and on their variation in loading.
EFFECT: simplified procedure of tests performance.
