FIELD: physics, radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device for modulation-demodulation of troposphere station. Invention is related to the field of radio engineering, namely to facilities of troposphere radio communication and may be used in troposphere stations on lines of troposphere communication with improved throughput capacity. Device for modulation-demodulation of troposphere station comprises modulator that consists of digital demultiplexer, n six-bit series-parallel converters, n six-bit units of relativity converters validity (RCV), n six-bit digital-analog converters (DAC), n phase modulators and summator; demodulator comprising unit of optimal signal summation, n selective filters, n phase detectors, n six-bit analog-digital converters (ADC), n six-bit RCV units, n six-bit parallel-series converters and digital multiplexer, and also comprises unit of reference frequencies intended for creation of bearing frequencies used for functioning of modulator or demodulator. The novelty in device of troposphere station modulation-demodulation is making modulator and demodulator multi-channeled, including above-mentioned units, and also application of new algorithm of modulation and demodulation based on principle of digital information processing, which includes separation of digital flow into subflows (subchannels), transformation of absolute values of signal phase into relative ones and combination of information processed in each channel into single modulated group flow in process of transmission and reverse transformation in process of reception, which helped to provide for transmission of information along troposphere channel with higher speed.

EFFECT: provision of possibility to increase speed of discrete information transfer along troposphere communication channels.
