SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method for selection of call rate in establishment of connection with subscriber. In method Application Function (AF) provides Call Rate Functions (CRF) with information about service and user. Besides CRF selects call rate for subscriber in compliance with information about user and service. In system for selection of call rate, when making connection with subscriber, CRF in selection of call rate will be able to select call rate, when making connections with various subscribers according to information about users. System realises differentiated rating. Depending on different situations of using one and the same service of packet data transmission.
EFFECT: better differentiation of calculations in services rating.
