FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to urology and is intended for diagnostics of vasculogenic erectile dysfunction. Ultrasonic examination of penis arteries in mode of energetic colour Doppler mapping is carried out. Measurement of minute volume of blood flow of arteries entering cavernous bodies through tunica albuginea and leaving cavernous bodies is performed. Total volume of blood flow is determined by addition and subtraction of volumes, calculation of volume of blood flow in arteries being determined by formula where number π equals 3.14, d is artery diametre (cm2), Tamx is averaged in time maximal blood flow velocity. Minute volume of blood flow in cavernous bodies is determined taking into account arterial shunt.
EFFECT: method allows to increase accuracy of vasculogenic erectile dysfunction diagnostics in carrying out Dopplerography due to determination of minute volume of arterial blood in cavernous bodies of penis taking into account all arteries and collaterals.
