SUBSTANCE: modeling of erection is carried out by means of insertion Viagra to patient on empty stomach taking into account body weight index (BWI). If BWI is less than 18,5 the dose of Viagra equal of 25 mg should be inserted; if BWI is from 18,6 to 30-50 mg; if BWI is more than 30-100 mg. After occurrence of erection similar to physiological, "УЗДМПК" takes place. Thus time of "УЗДМПК" carrying out after insertion of a dose of Viagra calculated under ITM, is defined taking into account skin autographism at the moment of examination: at white autographism the dose of Viagra equal to 25 or 50 mg is inserted, 30 minutes before "УЗДМПК", and the dose of Viagra equal to 100 mg is inserted 60 minutes before; at red autographism the doses of Viagra equal to 25 and 50 mg are inserted 45 minutes before carrying out "УЗДМПК", and the dose of Viagra equal to 100 mg - 90 minutes before. If during "УЗДМПК" insufficient growth of erectile areas of cavernous bodies and/or insufficiency of arterial blood-groove, and/or pathological venous drainage in deep dorsal vein and/or deep penile veins, and/or accelerated blood-groove in veins of the penis is revealed, diagnosis is: vascular-genetic erectile dysfunction (VED). This way expands the arsenal of means for diagnostics of vascular and genetic erectile dysfunction.
