SUBSTANCE: method includes dopplerographic examination of penis vessels before and after pharmacologic loading. In this case, preservation of high-frequency diastolic flow to phase of semirigid or rigid state of penis, and presence of gradient of increment of maximum systolic circulation rate by a factor of 3 and more between phases of relaxation and rigid or semirigid state of penis are indicative of corporovenoocclusion malfunction. EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnosis due to noninvasive examination.
