FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology. Method includes separate reposition of fragments with awl, direction of whose introduction and awl pivot are determined for each large fragment by roengetologic data and data of three-dimensional computer reconstruction of fragments position, and fixation of each fragment by pins. In case of multi-fragment fracture additional fixation by two axial-cross pins introduced along heel bone is carried out.
EFFECT: improvement of quality of fragments reposition and increase of their fixation reliability, due to control of separate fragments and possibility to introduce pins in different planes.
