FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be applied in treatment of intra-articular impression fractures of heel bone. Method lies in reposition and fixation of fracture with cannulated screws. Firstl, instrumental reposition of heel bone fragments is performed under control of electronic-optic visualisation through up to 1.0 cm cut and skin puncture. Second, fragments, containing articular surfaces, are pulled together and fixed with cannulated scancellous compression screw with 4.0 mm diameter. Finally, internal rigid framework of heel bone is created due to longitudinal passage of cannulated compression screws with triple thread with diameter 6.0 mm through entire heel bone. In upper part screws are passed through the area of subchondral layer of posterior articular surface, and in lower part - parallel to lower surface of heel bone.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to simplify the process of reposition of heel bone fragments, increase accuracy of fragments matching due to possibility of their matching with repositioning shovel under control of electronic-optic transformer and improve stability of fragments fixation due to creation of internal rigid framework of heel bone.
