SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry and represents a topical composition for treating a skin condition, containing from about 25 wt./wt. % to about 50 wt./wt. % hydrogen peroxide and from about 1 wt./wt. % to about 5 wt./wt. % 2-propanol.
EFFECT: invention provides higher release of hydrogen peroxide, the composition under the invention is less subject to oxidation, that is more stable and has a pronounced effect of reducing surface tension.
