FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: cutting tool is implemented with core made of superhard abrasive material on the basis of diamond or cubic boron nitride and with internal and external layers. Inner layer is implemented from carbide, nitride, carbonitride or boride of metal and is chemically combined with external surface of superhard abrasive material. External layer is not carbonised and is implemented from tungsten, physically deposited on internal layer. It is provided reliable protection of particles from superhard abrasive material, excluding its contact to components of bundle at manufacturing of tool.
EFFECT: durability increasing of tool and efficiency of treatment.
