FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: winged surface effect vehicle of "airplane" pattern comprises fuselage, on which small extension wing is installed with rectangular shape in plan. In tail part there are two vertical tails are installed with stabiliser and engines joined at ends of vertical tails. Center of winged surface effect vehicle located in front of center of pressure of small extension wing is located in zone of value of parametres and which provide stability for winged surface effect vehicle at all altitudes of flight above surface and at a distance from surface. Inside fuselage an additional engine may be installed for creation of static air cushion and drive of hydrojet device mechanism.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce weight of structure, to increase aerodynamic quality and to improved longitudinal balancing and course-keeping ability.
