FIELD: aircraft industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed self-stabilizing wind-in-ground-effect craft is made to canard configuration and is provided with hull with horizontal vane rectangular in plan installed in hull bow part. Low-aspect-ratio wing with rudder and engine with propeller are installed in aft part of hull. At least two engines with propellers are installed on horizontal vane for turning relative to horizontal axis. Ratio of area of horizontal vane to area of low-aspect-ratio wing is found from equation where S2 is area of horizontal vane, S1 is area of low-aspect wing, and ratio of arm of horizontal vane to arm of low-aspect-ratio wing is found from equation where L2 is arm of horizontal vane-distance between center of pressure of horizontal vane and center of masses of wing-in-ground-effect craft; L1 is arm of low-aspect-ratio wing - distance between center of pressure of low-aspect-ratio wing and center of masses of wing-in-ground- effect craft, zone of longitudinal stability being below limits of values of relationships .
