FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method for production of gypsum cement - pozzolana binder includes hydraulic activation of Portland cement in presence of surface active substance SAS - lignosulphonate of technical LST or superplasticiser C-3, carbonate of alkaline metal and water for 2-8 minutes in activator with speed of shaft rotation of at least 3000 rpm, addition of hemihydrate gypsum into produced mixture, as well as spent silica gel - waste of gas industry, which has been previously ground down to specific surface of at least 6000 cm2/g, and mixing to make even mass, at the following ratio of components, wt %: Portland cement - 6-22, hemihydrate gypsum - 40-66, surfactant - 0.05-0.25, carbonate of alkaline metal - 0.05-0.2, specified spent silica gel - 4-10, water - the rest. Carbonate of alkaline metal is carbonate of sodium or potassium.

EFFECT: higher strength and resistance of binder, recycling of spent silica gel.
