FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: technological additive represents accompaniments of fat-and-oil industry: 1 - deactivated catalyst of vegetable oils and fats hydration with ash content of 18.0-20.0 wt %, with saturated mono-, di-, triglycerides adsorbed on their surface (80-82 wt %) - technological additive KN, which contains nickel and nickel salts of fatty acids in amount of 0.5-0.6% on nickel basis or 2 - product produced as a result of hydrogenated fat demetallisation process with ash content of 18.0-20.0 wt %, with saturated mono-, di-, triglycerides (80-82 wt %) adsorbed on their surface - technological additive KF, which contains nickel and nickel salts of fatty acids in amount of 0.05-0.08% on nickel basis. Production of this additive makes it possible to rationally use large-tonnage carbon-mineral wastes of fat-and-oil industry, and therefore to improve ecological condition of environment.
EFFECT: rubber mixes and their vulcanisates, which comprise technological additive, are characterised by higher homogeneity, lower viscosity.
