FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns processing additives for rubber mixes containing reaction product of 100 wt. parts of organic and mineral waste of vegetable oil production (sunflower, rapeseed, corn) and 5.0-30.0 wt. parts of zinc oxide in the presence of 2.0-3.0 wt. parts of alcanols and 3.0 wt. parts of triethanolamine and additionally 1-2 wt. parts of ionol stabiliser and 20.0-20.0 wt. parts of paraffin. Rubber mixes and their vulcanisates containing this processing additive feature higher homogeneity, reduced curing initiation time, improved stretching durability and elongation stress, which indicates activating and structuring effect of claimed processing additive.
EFFECT: utilisation of carbon and mineral waste of vegetable oil production, reduced content and exclusion of scarce raw materials in the rubber mix, reduced rubber mix cost.
