FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: processing additive includes vegetable oil (sunflower, raps, corn) production waste, containing, wt %: freezing stage waste in the form of diatomite filtering powder (up to 30 wt %) and mix of the following compounds adsorbed in it (up to 70 wt %): phospholipids, mono-, di- and triacylglycerides, wax ethers, sterines, - 70%, saturated hydrocarbons of paraffin group 28-29%, and phenol group compounds 1-2%. This processing additive does not produce dust during storage, dosage and stirring, thus improving labour conditions at warehouses and stock-preparation shops, and facilitating increased tear resistance and stretch durability of rubber mixes and reduced rubber swelling in aggressive media.

EFFECT: reduced number of processing operations in rubber mix production; reduced energy capacity and carbon mineral waste utilisation.
