FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber industry and specifically to production of processing activating additives for rubber mixtures based on carbon-chain rubber. The additive consists of paraffin and a mineral filler composition. The mineral filler composition is a product of incomplete hydrolysis of oil and fat production wastes and zinc oxide. The oil and fat production wastes used is a spent vegetable oil hydrogenation catalyst having ash content of 17.5-18.7 wt % with 73.0-74.1 wt % saturated mono-, di- and triglycerides adsorbed on the surface of the wastes and containing nickel and nickel salts of fatty acids in amount of 0.3-0.5 wt % in terms of nickel, or wastes from demetallisation of hydrogenated fat having ash content of 36.4-37.0 wt % with 56.2-57.0 wt % saturated mono-, di- and triglycerides adsorbed on the surface of the wastes and containing nickel and nickel salts of fatty acids in amount of 0.05-0.15 wt % in terms of nickel.
EFFECT: improved processing properties of the rubber mixture, exclusion or reduction of content of scarce raw materials in the mixture which makes the rubber mixture cheap, improved environmental friendliness owing to processing wastes from food production, as well as rational use of bulky carbon-mineral wastes from oil and fat production.
