FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: composition is manufactured by means of coarse grinding of natural mineral of serpentinite then it is implemented fine grinding of the received serpentinite with addition of water and soda liquid glass. Received pulp is passed through magnetic separator, then it is implemented separation and drying and it is introduced into mineral machinery oil and is densified by lithium stearate. Coarse grinding is implemented by side crusher up to particles size of serpentinite not more than 5-10 mm. Fine grinding is implemented on ball crusher during 2-6 hours up to receiving of grinding particles with maximum size not more than 100 micrometres, and is accompanied by constant fleet by water in ratio not more than 10% of water from the volume of raw materials in mill. Grinding is controlled by means of particles analyser. After fine grinding pulp is passed through the magnetic separator 2-3 times. Discharge of suspended fraction is implemented through opening, which is at height, guarantee content of particles not more than 10 micrometres. It is received composition for friction junctions, containing natural mineral of serpentinite, lithium stearate, soda liquid glass, machinery oil and water, herewith mass fraction of water is not more than 10%, dispersibility of powder composition is 5-30 micrometre, ash content not more than 6%.

EFFECT: simplification and reduction in price of method, increasing of method ecological compatibility, improvement of qualitative adjectives of wear-preventive composition.
