FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to lubricant composition producing method, involving grinding, mixing, ultrasonic dispersing action on composition, consisting of mixture containing expanded vermiculite, modified with surfactants, according to invention lubricant composition with expanded vermiculite is additionally modified by electromagnetic activation, conducted in magnetron microwave oven with field oscillation frequency of 2,450 MHz and power of 650÷1,200 Watt during 3÷5 minutes in low-viscous industrial oil I-5÷I-12 dispersion medium with oil-soluble ion-active surfactants: by 0.25÷0.5 wt% of paraffin wax and sulphonated castor oil and 0.5÷1 wt%, of copper-tin stearate with heating to lubricant composition permissible heating temperature of 80÷90 °C.

EFFECT: technical result is improvement of anti-friction and anti-wear properties in friction assemblies, hence, and machines operation technical and economic efficiency.
