FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes melting of metallic charge, flushing of slag, implementation of thermo-temporal treatment (TTT) of melt according to behavior: heating up to 1500-1520°C, isothermal isolation 10-15 minutes, free cooling with furnace up to tapping temperature. After flushing of formed slag metal is poured into ladle and it is implemented its desulfurisation. During pouring cast iron is deoxidized, using FeSi 65 of grade 1 or 2 in amount 6-7 kg/t.
EFFECT: invention provides implementation of thermo-temporal and deoxidising treatment and provides complex refinement of melt from oxygen and sulfur with providing of high rate of melt desulfurisation ensured by usage of magnesium in content of flux cored electrode.
