FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing of aluminium castable alloy for welded fabrications of quantity-produced, operating in conditions of oscillatory loads in different climatic zones. Alloy contains components in a following ratio, wt %: magnesium 4.5-5.8, manganese 0.4-0.8, titanium 0.05-0.09, beryllium 0.02-0.06, aluminium - the rest.
EFFECT: there are received durable welded fabrications and improves quality of casting-welded fabrications and its functioning by means of providing of effective protection of alloy against oxidation and hydrogen saturation ensured by strengthening of superficial oxide film of alloy and increasing of corrosion resistance of welded fabrications.
