FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: at first it is manufactured semi-finished product from titanium or its hard-facing alloy, after what this semi-finished product is thermally treated in solution at temperature about 1650-1775°F (899-968°C) during time interval of duration from approximately 1 min up to approximately 2 hours, then it is implemented hardening of this semi-finished product, allowing temperature of thermal treatment in solution. Then semi-finished product is heated again up to increased initial temperature about 1600°F (871°C) and is mechanically treated at temperature from specified initial temperature up to finishing temperature with receiving of required detail or its blank. Received detail or its blank is subject to strengthening by means of aging at appointed by temperature and duration conditions, selected for receiving of appointed durability of finished detail.

EFFECT: it is provided excluding of contamination of titanium or its alloy by admixture.
