FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nonferrous metallurgy field, particularly to thermomechanical treatment of products made of titanium alloys and can be used in air-space and rocket engineering for manufacturing of screws, pins and other fasteners. It is proposed method of thermomechanical treatment from titanium alloys, in which thermomechanical treatment is implemented in eleven stages. At stages from the first up to the ninth it is implemented heating and deformation, at the tenth and eleventh stages - heating, isolation with following cooling. Additionally not less than three deformations implemented at stages since the third up to the ninth are implemented with changing of deformation direction for 90°.
EFFECT: increasing of ultimate stress limit at 400-600°C of products implemented from titanium alloys, reduction of product's mass from titanium alloys for 20-25% and increasing of its effective load.
