FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: thermomechanical processing is implemented in eleven stages, herewith at the first stage it is implemented heating up to temperature (Tpt+230÷Tpt+270)°C, deformation at a rate 50-90%, at the second stage - heating up to temperature (Tpt-20÷Tpt-40)°C, deformation at a rate 30-60%, at third stage - (Tpt+60÷Tpt+160)°C, 40-70%, at fourth stage - (Tpt-20÷Tpt-40)°C, 30-60%, at fifth stage - (Tpt+60÷Tpt+150)°C, 40-60%, at sixth stage - (Tpt-10÷Tpt-40)°C, 40-70%, at seventh stage - (Tpt-40÷Tpt+200)°C, 65-95%, at eighth stage - (Tpt-100÷Tpt-160)°C, 40-70%, at ninth stage - (Tpt-100÷Tpt-160)°C, 20-50%; an tenth stage - (Tpt-100÷Tpt-160)°C, 15-40%, at eleventh stage - (Tpt-150÷Tpt 190)°C, 2-5%, where Tpt temperature of polymorphic transformation. Additionally from three up to seven deformations implemented at stages from third up to tenth, is implemented with changing of the deformation direction for 90°.
EFFECT: increasing of elongation ratio and flanging ratio, reduction of operation bending radius.
