FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: thermomechanical processing is implemented in nine stages, herewith at the first stage it is implemented heating up to temperature (Tpt+200÷Tpt+270°C), deformation in four stages with changing of the direction for 90° at alternation of draw and extract with degree of strain 20÷50% at each stage of deformation, at the second stage - heating up to temperature (Tpt+170÷Tpt+230)°C, deformation in four stages with changing of the direction for 90° at alternation of draw and extract with degree of strain 20÷40% at each stage of deformation, at the third stage - (Tpt-20÷Tpt-40)°C, (20-60)%, at the fourth stage - (Tpt+60÷Tpt+120)°C, (20-60)%, at the fifth stage - (Tpt-20÷Tpt-40)°C, (20-60)%, at the sixth stage - (Tpt+30÷Tpt+90)°C, (20-60)%, at seventh stage - (Tpt-204÷Tpt-40)°C, (20-60)%, at eight stage - (Tpt+30÷Tpt+80)°C, (20-70)%, at ninth stage - (Tpt-20÷Tpt-40)°C, (20-50)%, where Tpt - temperature of absolute polymorphic transformation. Additionally from three up to seven deformations implemented at stages from third up to ninth, is implemented with changing of the deformation direction for 90°.
EFFECT: breaking point increasing and attackability decreasing to distortion of products.
