FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: it is proposed method of product receiving from α+β titanium alloy, including receiving of ingot of specified chemical composition, the first deformation and recrystallisation annealing of ingot at temperature of β-area, repeated strains at temperature of α+β- area with receiving of blank, isothermal stamping in closed die and heat treatment. Ingot is received in the form of measuring cast bar, equal by volume or weigh to final product. Deformations are implemented by means of isothermal stamping of blank in closed die. Before the first deformation it is implemented prepressing of ingot at temperature Tpt-(50-100)°C and degree of strain 20-40%, the first deformation it is implemented at temperature Tpt+(20-60)°C with total degree of strain, enough for recrystallisation behavior, the second deformation is implemented at temperature Tpt-(50-100)°C with total degree of strain not less than 40%, and the third deformation is implemented at temperature Tpt-(20-40)°C with total degree of strain not less than 60%, where Tpt - temperature of polymorphic transformation.
EFFECT: increasing of utilisation factor of metal and reduction of labour coefficient for manufacturing of products with uniform macrostructure and size of macrogrit less than 5 mcm.
