FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: initial blank is heated to temperature below temperature of the complete polymorphic transformation. The heated blank is deformed in heated die by two stages with variable speed. At the first stage the deformation is performed with speed not exceeding speed ensuring heating of the blank to the temperature below complete polymorphic transformation. At the second stage the deformation is performed with speed ensuring formation of the recrystallized structure with size of β-grain 5-9 mcm.
EFFECT: production of the deformed blank with uniform structure and high cyclic strength, reduced time of manufacturing process cycle.
