FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: device for displacement of steel strips in cleaning tank for continuous pickler (CP), consisting of sections of cold and hot washing, includes squeeze rollers, implemented with location of its axis in the same vertical plane, roller-type wires, mounted in section of cold washing, bearing rollers, installed in the same section, and bearing drums, installed in section of hot washing. One pair of squeeze rollers is mounted in the last section of pickling bath of CP before roller-type wires, in section of cold washing of cleaning tank there are mounted two bearing rollers with top rounding by strip, between bearing rollers there are located installations of descaling from strip of ferric sulfate and rests of etching solution. In section of hot washing lower the level of bearing rollers there are sequentially installed two bearing drums with bottom rounding by strip of major diametre than diametre of bearing rollers, at outlet from section of hot washing of cleaning tank there are mounted three couples of squeeze rollers, herewith between the second by way of strip bearing drum and the first couple of squeeze rollers, installed at outlet from section of hot washing, it is mounted descaling installation.

EFFECT: refinement, reduction of losses of yield metal after etching and washing of strips, improvement of productivity and reliability of equipment of CP.
