FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and equipment for treatment of strip products after etching during cold rolling, which enables to reduce consumption of acid liquid during cold rolling. Integration of the acid bath at the final stage of etching and the preliminary washing tank is provided, which enables to reuse the water for preliminary washing and the acid discharged by the squeezing rollers. Waste water is discharged into acid mist treatment column for secondary use.
EFFECT: acid-containing waste water is discharged directly to the waste water treatment station, which enables to reduce consumption of new water in the acid mist treatment column and avoid transfer of washing waste water from the acid regeneration station.
