FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and can be used for thermal treatment of productive stratum of high-viscosity oil, recovery of hydraulical connection of stratum to well, increasing of production rate of stratums with high-viscosity oil and well flow rate, and also renewal of operation of noncommercial producer for oil, natural gas, for fresh, mineral and thermal water. Device includes hermetic enclosure of heater, which is zero electrode, partly filled by water, central current lead, located inside the enclosure and connected to phasic electrode, tubular insulator. According to invention phasic electrode is implemented in the form of thin-walled tube, located inside the tubular insulator of diametre 0.6-0.8 of enclosure diametre. Additionally distance from basis of enclosure up to insulator is accepted 0.5-1.5 of casing diametre, from top of casing - 0.1-0.3 of casing length. In bottom part of insulator it is installed return valve.

EFFECT: it provides design simplification and increasing of specific power of the device.
