FIELD: mining; applicable in heat treatment of producing formation of high-viscosity oil, restoration of hydraulic communication of formation with well, increase of formation oil recovery and well production rate, and renewal operation of unprofitable wells for oil, natural gas, fresh, mineral and thermal waters. SUBSTANCE: device has heater metal body and power supply cable. Located along body axis are disk electrodes with perforation and grouped into alternating pairs. Lower disk electrodes are fastened to current conductor. Upper disk electrodes are connected to body. Heat-resistant insulators are located in interdisk intervals of current conductor and body. Heater body is filled with conducting fluid. Device is provided with water-supply system including discharge valve located in body coaxially to heater body, tubing pipes and connected to them water-supplying pipe with pump having controlled drive and vessel with water. Heat-resistant packer is located above body of discharge valve and voltage regulator. Discharge valve body has holes through which water passes to cavity of formation producing section shutoff by heat resistant packer. EFFECT: provided restoration of hydraulic communication of formation with well, increased oil recovery from formations with high-viscosity oil and well production rate, and renewal of operation of unprofitable wells for oil, natural gas, and fresh, mineral and thermal waters. 1 dwg
