FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: vortex installation is assigned for divided emission of combustible component and carbon dioxide from air. Vortex pipe is implemented from two divided co-axial installed parts. Pipe connector is located by motion of flow after swirler of flow, installed on entrance length of vortex pipe. From the out side of pipe it is implemented annular chamber, enveloping connector. Connection of face walls of chamber with pipe is implemented sealed. It is formed annular gap for entrance of parietal peripheral flow of the divided medium into annular chamber. On each connector bend of divided medium it is installed control lock unit. Installation contains section of pipe for outlet of central flow, which is implemented from two divided parts. Butt of one section of pipe length, directed towards the flow, is implemented closed, streamline contour and pointed. This part of pipe is rigidly connected and fixed on bar, passing through other part of pipe with formation of passage for divided medium, with providing of free co-axial movement of rod jointly with part of pipe section, rigidly connected to the latter, with formation of annular gap between adjacent butts of pipe section. Butt directed towards the flow is implemented with pointed inlet edge.
EFFECT: productivity improvement.
