FIELD: power engineering; burning devices of combustion chambers of gas turbine plants or steam generator furnaces. SUBSTANCE: device has flame conveying pipe 1 consisting of at least one section, electric spark plug 2, fuel gas supply channel 3 and at least one air supply channel 4. Blade swirler 6 is installed in inlet section 5 of flame conveying pipe 1. Swirler provides swirling of air flow passing through. Swirler 6 has central hole 7 formed by ring member 8 with blades 9 installed from outer side. Ring inlet channel 10 for air is formed by outer surface 11 of section 12 of ring member 8 and surface 13 of section 5 of flame conveying pipe 1. End face 14 of member 8 is made closed with spark plug 2 fitted in stopper 15. Inner space 17 of member 8 is placed in communication with inner space of flame conveying pipe 1. Firing electrodes 19 of spark plug 2 are arranged behind section 2-2 of member 8. Regulating shutoff devices 21 and 22 are installed on fuel gas supply pipeline 18 and air supply pipeline 20 of swirl igniting-and-burning device.
