SUBSTANCE: invention is related to unit (1) of structural element (2, 20) and at least one control device (3) for detection of deterioration (4, 40) in characteristics of structural element (2, 20), besides control device comprises at least one oscillating circuit (31), moreover structural element and oscillating circuit are connected to each other so that deterioration of structural element characteristics provides for deterioration (41) in characteristics of oscillating circuit and, therefore, for variation of detected resonant signal of oscillating circuit. Unit differs by the fact that control device has at least one additional oscillating circuit (32) with additional detected resonant signal, and oscillating circuit and additional oscillating circuit are electrically combined into common oscillating circuit (30) with detected common resonant signal, which differs from resonant signal and additional resonant signal. Structural element represents, for instance, a heat screen (20) of gas turbine combustion chamber. Oscillating circuits are connected parallel. With undamaged oscillating circuit another high-frequency measurement signal is received, which differs from signal of damaged oscillating circuit.

EFFECT: invention provides for possibility of more reliable assessment of structural element serviceability compared to previous level of equipment.
