FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to neurosurgery and ultrasonic diagnostics. In patients with spine-cerebrospinal injury blood flow is measured by means of ultrasound at the level of proximal zone of affection, in zone of affection and distalward from affection zone before and after spinal cord decompression. Linear and volume blood flow rate is measured in basins of anterior and posterior spinal arteries, as well as volume blood flow rate - in perimedullary basin. If indices of blood flow increases 1.5-2 times in all vascular basins of spinal cord in zone of affection presence of conditions for functional recovery of spinal cord in patients with spine-cerebrospinal injury is determined.
EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for intra-operation determination of functional recovery of spinal cord in patients with spine-cerebrospinal injury.
