METHOD OF STITCH FORMATION IN PYELITIS AND PYELITISURETROANASTOMOSIS Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61B17/11

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to urology, can be applied in treatment of patients with hydronephrotic transformation, in case of retrocaval ureter, doubled renal pelvis. Continuous blanket suture is applied. Forming of stitch is started from connecting of walls of lateral and medial angles of anastomosis with separate threads. 3-4 knots are tied from adventitious membrane side. Threads of same length are left. One of thread ends from medial angle of anastomosis is used to form back wall of anastomosis until middle part. Remaining defect of back wall is sutured with one of the threads from lateral anastomosis angle to middle part as well. Working threads are tied between themselves from internal lumen side. In this way front wall of anastomosis is formed. Knot of work threads is tied from adventitious membrane side. Claimed method ensures accurate superposition of sutured tissues, stable saving of urinary tract lumen on anastomosis line, high airtightness and mechanical durability of anastomosis.

EFFECT: application of claimed method of forming pyelitis and pyelitisuretoanasomoses leads to reduction of complication quantity, due to fast and durable healing of tissues of pelvis ureter segment, minimal disturbance and fast restoring of urodynamics in post-operation period.
