FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics and traumatology. After perfoming reposition correction of axis of humerus is realised by means of curved pin, fixing main fragments by axis of humerus. Distally from place of fracture of humerus two openings in direction of humerus head are formed at angle to bone to bone-marrow canal. Curved pin is introduced into openings, congruously bordering with humerus. Pin is introduced proximally into upper third of humerus with ends into humerus head. Smaller fragments are fixed with fastening elements to said pin or between themselves. After that additional fixing of periosteum ruptures in fracture zone is performed with ligatures.
EFFECT: invention ensures elimination of angular and axial displacements in fracture zone, malfunction of blood supply and bone necrosis, reduction of traumatism and post- operation complications.
