FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: air-gas mixture (AGM) is introduced intra-operationally into vitreum cavity through perforating puncture of scleral eye capsule in projection of flat part of ciliary body in volume providing intraocular pressure (IOP) level in the ranging from 24 to 25 mm Hg. In 2-3 days after AGO, complex enzymotherapy is started, including ionophoresis with Collalysinum solution followed by sub-conjunctival injection of Chymotripsin directly into filtering bleb in 20-30 minutes. During injection syringe needle is positioned tangentially to bulbus oculi surface. Complex enzymotherapy is performed once in 2 days in the amount of 5-6 procedures.
EFFECT: prevention of inter-tissue adhesions in the area of antiglaumatous surgical intervention, decrease of risk of ophthalmic hypertension recurrence and necessity of surgical reintervention.
