Knockdown device has the height making at least the spread of arms of person making exercise but not exceeding his height with lifted arms. Control device can be arranged at whatever part of the device. Bearing unit is mounted at top or bottom part to revolve in whatever direction. Inner chamber of bearing unit features two spaced apart precision cylindrical surfaces and splines arranged between aforesaid surfaces. Drive or reduction gear can be disconnected from rotary parts for the latter to revolve free. Motor incorporates programming device. Guns are arranged at the support feet ends and/or at the support top or bottom parts and are connected with self-contained power supply.
