FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: revolving drill bit is moved axially under forced axial vibrations. Note that, preliminary, parametres of axial or torsion vibrations are measured during at least one drill bit revolution, amplitude magnitudes of aforesaid vibrations are recorded to impart compensation vibrations to drill bit allowing for amplitude magnitudes, during preset time intervals and in counter phase at cyclic frequency. The latter is determined from the expression where ωk is cyclic frequency of compensation vibrations, (c-1); ωdp is cyclic drill pit RPM, (c-1); φ is the angle of reinforcements, or that between fibers of reinforcing polymer composite materials in adjacent layers, (degrees).
EFFECT: higher quality of holes in drilling polymer composite materials.
