SUBSTANCE: this device comprises bed with neck 3 between flanges 4, 5. Part of top flange 5 of pump section 1 is composed of rectangular shape provided with bore for bolt and top site for cable 10 to be placed thereon. Casing with sidewalls 14 provided with holes is placed over said cable 10. Casing top wall lower part and said top site make the groove for cable 10. Said casing is integral while top wall features the length from flange 5 to flange 4. Stiffness ribs are made over the casing length to extend to stepped sidewalls 14. Walls 14 have elongated bore on one side and, on opposite side, a drop-like bore converging to aforesaid bed. Bolt has taper part diverging to bolt head and can be locked at drop-like bore.
EFFECT: higher reliability, simplified design.
