FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air blower construction and can be used for axial fan production including those with moving blades while the impeller running. The specified technical result is accomplished in the device for production of double plate blades of axial fan impeller comprising installation plate on assembly fixture with marked axes Z, K, L, N relative to the impeller blades, mounting frames of control curve support devices, vanes and jumper links of the impeller blade, which by means of curves fixed on mounting frames using plungers allow rigid fixation of blades before welding impeller blade relative to its pivot point.
EFFECT: ensuring required design parametres of air blower by means of high accuracy of triaxial surface geometry arrangement of blades of double plate vanes designed for preset parametres pressure and efficiency of impeller vane cascade with minimum torque moment of centrifugal forces relative to blade pivot point.
