FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to mining and may be used in survey of field gas flow lines for availability and detection of liquid volume in them. In method field gas line with accumulated water is closed from both sides, in isolated section of field gas line pressure is increased by means of gas pumping simultaneously with measurement of pumped gas volume, value of which is related to volume of gas in field gas line as 1:3, with account of pumped gas volume and variation of gas thermobaric condition in field gas line, water volume is calculated.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of works for detection of water phase volume in field gas line.
