FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the medicine, particularly to medical diagnostics. There is proposed evaluation method of severity level of endointoxication syndrome of the patient with heat injury. Activity of aldehide dehydrogenase is determined in the blood sample and the severity level of endointoxication syndrome at the patient is evaluated according to the deviation of enzyme activity when heat injury in comparison with the norm: when decreasing enzyme activity from 3 to 15% the fisrt level of endointoxication syndrome is determined, from 15 to 30% - the second level of endointoxication syndrome, from 30 to 50% - the third level of endointoxication syndrome and from 50 to 70% the forth level of endointoxication syndrome of the patient with heat injury is determined.
EFFECT: method enables to detect intoxication of the organism of patients with heat injury in a relatively short time.
