FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. The diagnostic method for detoxification function of liver at burns in experiment consists in burning of 10% of skin surface of an animal followed by blood sampling and erythrocyte hemolysate analysis for catalytic effectiveness coefficient of aldehyde dehydrogenase reaction Ka. If Ka at burn is less than Ka of healthy animals, lowered detoxification function of liver is observed.
EFFECT: maintained effective diagnostics of detoxification function of liver.
